Wider Europe | Policy Grants

A programme focusing on increasing the awareness, ability, and commitment of policy makers across Wider Europe.

The programme focuses on increasing the awareness, ability, and commitment of policy makers across Wider Europe to support the creative economy in their countries, and to develop new partnerships with a view to longer-term collaboration with the UK. 

INVITATION TO TENDER

We are looking for a UK partner to provide consultancy services to identify challenges/needs of countries involved in the programme. The programme aims to foster policy dialogue with stakeholders between the UK and Wider Europe, and to gather evidence and knowledge about creative economy policies at local, national and international level, with a view to facilitate evidence-based policymaking.

Countries who will take part in the policy grants scheme are Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.  

DELIVERABLES 

  • Work with the country teams to hone the needs, objectives, project scope and delivery plan for each country 
  • Identify and commission relevant UK consultants to work with each country in collaboration with the British Council 
  • Take part in fortnightly project board meetings 
  • Provide monthly project update reports on the delivery and financial management of the budget
