Enter WIRED Japan's Creative Hack Award

Submit your response to the theme 'stereotypes' and you could win a trip to Japan, courtesy of WIRED Japan's Creative Hack Award.

Hack “Stereotypes”! / 既成概念をハックせよ!

WIRED Japan are inviting young and emerging creative talent from the UK to apply for their Creative Hack Award 2015.  This year, the judges are looking for creative submissions which hack, subvert and interrogate the concept of 'stereotypes'.

The Award is open to all, the only stipulation being that any work submitted should be unpublished.  Entries will be judged on originality, communication and the creative interpretation of the theme.

There are prizes for each category and shortlisted applicants win a trip to Japan to pitch their idea in front of a panel.

Submission Categories:

•Graphics, 2D or 3D.

•Live-Action or Animated Film.

•3D Product, a Design or Prototype.

•An Idea; a presentation or concept plan, in any format, that sets out a potential project.

Interested?  Visit hack.wired.jp/en/ for full details on the Award and how to apply.

Deadline for entries is 30 September 2015 at 1600 BST (equivalent to midnight Japan Standard Time)

The Creative Hack Award 2015 is presented by WIRED Japan in partnership with the British Council.
