++STOPPRESS DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL 0900 GMT 12TH JAN++ We're offering Digital & Cultural Innovators from the UK, UAE, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, Nigeria and Ukraine the chance to take part in the 20th FutureEverything Festival.

FutureEverything Festival, the UK's premier showcase for digital and cultural innovation, will celebrate its 20th birthday in 2015.  To mark this milestone, we're teaming up to facilitate a unique lab bringing together cultural innovators from around the world to explore the relationship between innovation and infrastructure.

We're offering 10 Digital & Cultural Innovators the chance to take part in the lab and have their work showcased at FutureEverything Festival. The Festival is both a cultural event and research vehicle, for experimentation in knowledge exchange around the emergence of a digital culture.  The Festival will take over the city of Manchester, combining a large scale conference with a series of artistic interventions: exhibitions, live events, pilots for new tech and playful social experiments. In 2014, nearly 17,000 people attended the Festival.  FutureEverything has been named by the Guardian as one of the top ten ideas festivals in the world.

The Lab will run on 24 & 25 February, with the Festival taking place 26-28 February 2015.   All Festival and Lab fees, travel and accommodation for all successful applicants will be covered. Applications will only be accepted from people who work and reside in one of the following countries: UK, UAE, Nigeria, Pakistan, Japan, South Korea, and Ukraine.
