We're pleased to announce the international winners of our Young Creative Entrepreneur - Design and Fashion award 2011
The Young Creative Entrepreneur – Design and Fashion award finds the brightest stars in the world of international design and fashion, recognising the importance of entrepreneurs in driving forward the design and fashion industries, developing their independent sector and representing the best of what’s going on in their local scene.
The entrepreneurial winners range from running a platform for emerging designers in Beirut, the owner of the Istanbul concept store and lifestyle culture brand, the CEO of the Brazilian Association of Fashion Designers, the founder of Indonesia's first crowd-sourcing t-shirt company to a number of renowned fashion designers, innovative product designers, architecture and interiors businesses focussing on their cultural heritage, and award winning graphic/branding agencies.
Their YCE prize is a trip to London to bridge connections for future commercial and collaborative work with the UK.This will include curated group meetings, professional development training and the opportunity to attend major industry events. All winners will be in the UK from 16-24 September for this programme alongside London Fashion Week and London Design Festival.
